Job Description
- Develop and own the overall Quality Assurance and Training strategy for the entire sales floor .
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team of trainers and quality analysts, setting their goals and performance benchmarks .
- Analyze quality data and performance trends to identify strategic areas for improvement and design high-impact training programs .
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives .
- Oversee the creation and implementation of all training content, quality scorecards, and compliance frameworks .
