About the Role
Monitor and Test Products/Processes: Regularly inspecting and testing products, and manufacturing processes to identify defects or deviations from standards.
Responsibilities

Create Documentation: Preparing reports, documenting quality activities, and maintaining records of quality control processes.

Collaborate with Teams: Working closely with engineering, production, and other teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the product lifecycle.

Contribute to Quality Improvement: Identifying areas for quality improvement and participating in initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.
Required Skills:
-
1-2 years of experience in quality preferred industries (FMCG, Flexible packaging, Non-woven, Textile, tissue, detergent).

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality control principles, manufacturing processes, and relevant industry standards.

Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Prepare and update quality documentation, including test reports, inspection records, and audit results.

Conduct root cause analysis for defects and work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Support internal and external audits, including ISO, customer audits, and compliance inspections.

Calibrate and maintain quality testing equipment in coordination with the lab team.

Train production staff on quality standards and defect prevention methods.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for QA-related processes.

Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis).

Collaborate with R&D, production, and maintenance departments to support product development and process improvements.

Familiarity with SAP and QM.

Familiarity with GMP requirements.

Good command of Microsoft Office.
