Quality Executive – Home Healthcare (DHA Compliant)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Executive with a strong understanding of DHA regulations to join our Home Healthcare team in Dubai. This role plays a critical part in upholding high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance within our home healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of quality management systems, ensuring alignment with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) guidelines. Key areas of focus include patient safety, infection control, clinical documentation accuracy, incident reporting, and driving continuous quality improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage quality standards, protocols, and procedures in compliance with DHA and internal policies
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to patient safety practices, infection prevention protocols, and incident reporting systems
  • Review clinical documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, supporting overall data integrity
  • Conduct internal audits and quality assessments; identify gaps and drive improvement initiatives
  • Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) related to audits, incidents, or compliance issues
  • Provide ongoing training and education to staff on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance best practices
  • Support the design and evaluation of patient safety and quality improvement programs
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements specific to home healthcare
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Valid DHA license or eligibility is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance within a home healthcare or clinical setting
  • In-depth knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare compliance standards
  • Skilled in auditing processes, incident investigation, and CAPA implementation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and training skills
  • Certification in Quality Management, Patient Safety, or Risk Management is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
