quality & food hygiene officer

we are looking for an experienced and details oriented quality & food hygiene officer to oversee food safety compliance across our central kitchen, catering operation.

key responsibilities:

- implement, monitor and maintain HACCP system across all facilities

- ensure compliance with ISO food safety standards (ISO 22000 or equivalent)

- conduct internal audits and inspection.

requirements:

- degree or diploma in food science, food safety

- certified in HACCP

- strong knowledge of UAE food safety regulations.
