Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the hospital’s Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with NABH and other accreditation standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections across branches to ensure adherence to clinical and operational protocols.
- Lead internal and external quality audits, including preparation for NABH or other accreditations.
- Establish and monitor quality indicators and KPIs for clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Analyze audit findings, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct training sessions for doctors, nurses, and staff on quality standards, patient safety, and documentation practices.
- Work closely with unit heads and operations teams to standardize SOPs across all centers.
- Review incident reports, patient feedback, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report quality performance to senior management and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
- Represent the hospital group during accreditation and regulatory visits.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in healthcare quality management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare chain.
- Hands-on experience in NABH accreditation processes and hospital quality audits.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60–70% of the time) across Maxivision centers.(PAN INDIA)
