Job Summary**
The Quality Inspector II at CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd will perform intermediate-level quality inspections on manufactured products and processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role contributes to maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured aluminum and steel can products, components, and raw materials according to established sampling plans and inspection procedures.
- Utilize a variety of precision measuring instruments and gauges (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges, vision systems) to verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and other critical characteristics.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformances, defects, and deviations from specifications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Initiate and participate in the investigation of root causes for quality issues and assist in the development of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform visual inspections for cosmetic defects, structural integrity, and proper labeling.
- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, quality logs, and non-conformance reports.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and quality specifications to ensure proper inspection criteria are applied.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment as required.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree in a technical field or relevant certification (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the metal packaging or can manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to use various precision measuring tools and instruments accurately.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC) concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is highly desirable.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
