We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Ankara Ahiboz Plant as Quality Management & Continuous Improvement Engineer.

What you’ll be doing:
Plan and coordinate the effectiveness and continuity of the ISO 9001 quality management system implemented in our company; ensure the creation, implementation, and maintenance of the necessary processes for the systems
Prepare and periodically execute plans for internal and external (customer and supplier) audits
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established rules and procedures within factory workflows
Ensure successful implementation of improvement projects and measurement of their results
Provide internal trainings on continuous improvement methodologies such as corrective actions and suggestion systems; promote and expand their use
Evaluate process change requests from departments and ensure required actions are taken by coordinating all parties through the system
Keep processes continuously up to date; maintain regular communication with process owners, be informed of necessary changes in a timely manner, and ensure process adjustments are made accordingly
Ensure on-site implementation of structured flows (5S, A3, Kaizen, Visual Management, SQCDPE, Standard Work)
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of quality system trainings; ensure effectiveness through evaluations; support other departments with training
Coordinate the preparation of all quality system documents and ensure continuity by identifying and managing revision needs
Assess risks and opportunities, report corrective actions, and follow up on their effectiveness
Coordinate and track correspondence to respond to customer requests (documents, certificates, declarations, questionnaires, etc.)
Represent the company during audits and support factory processes (system audits, product audits, product surveillance audits, etc.)
Ensure the preparation of technical files related to CE certifications and carry out the relevant markings
Monitor and maintain the currency of TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) standards and internal company standards
Monitor departmental targets tracked by the units; take necessary measures and report when deviations occur
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by conducting necessary analyses and reporting
Actively participate in the customer complaint process managed by the customer service unit and lead root cause analysis efforts by bringing together different departments
What we’d love for you to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
Received basic training in ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 45001, as well as internal auditor and documentation training; experienced in establishing integrated management systems
At least 2 years of experience serving as Management Representative for ISO 9001 quality management systems
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and comprehension)
Proficient in MS Office applications
Preferably an active user of the QDMS program
Preferably experienced with JMP/Minitab and ability to work with SPC methodology.
Preferably holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Knowledgeable about problem-solving techniques
Team-oriented with strong leadership, representation, and communication skills
For male candidates: completion of mandatory military service
