Qualification:
B.E / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Quality Department (Manufacturing background mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead setup approvals as per approved drawings, control plans, and customer requirements
• Oversee in-process inspections and ensure adherence to control plans
• Review and approve final inspection and pre-dispatch inspection reports
• Monitor and analyze daily line rejection data and drive corrective actions
• Raise, review, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) effectively
• Drive root cause analysis and ensure timely NC closure with CFT involvement
• Implement and monitor SPC and MSA activities
• Plan and lead internal and external quality audits
• Ensure calibration management of gauges and measuring instruments
• Lead and validate process validation and improvement activities
• Analyze internal and customer NCs with Cross-Functional Teams
• Oversee inward inspection processes and reporting
• Prepare and present MRM (Management Review Meeting) presentations
• Maintain and control product drawings and revision status
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer quality requirements
• Mentor and guide the quality team to improve overall quality performance
