Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the plant-wide Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO, IEC, SASO, and SEC standards.

Ensure all cable products fully comply with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) technical specifications and approval requirements.

Oversee quality control activities covering raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
-
Product Testing: Responsible for conducting the Routine / Non-Routine test on the MCB, MCCB & ACB product & Accessories as per IEC standard requirements. Preparing product audit plan and executing the product audit as per plan. As well analyzing the Failure test report.

Prepare and support SEC inspections, audits, and customer approvals.

Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and sales teams to meet project and SEC quality requirements.

Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Lead internal and external audits and manage certification bodies.

Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management.

Supervise, train, and develop the quality team.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Qualifications:
-
10–15 years of experience in quality management within a cable manufacturing environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in SEC projects and SEC-approved cable products.
-
Previous experience with major cable manufacturers.

Strong knowledge of SEC, IEC, SASO, and ISO 9001 standards.

Hands-on experience with LV/MV cable testing (Type, Routine, and Acceptance Tests).
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
