Quality Lead

Socks Manufacturing Plant, - Karachi

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager /QMS to join our team at our socks manufacturing plant. In this key role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of excellence. You'll be a hands-on leader, working directly with the production team to identify and resolve issues, implement quality best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for all stages of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of products to ensure they meet specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and management to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the documentation of quality control records, reports, and certifications.
• Train new and existing employees on quality control procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment, preferably from socks industry.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A positive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
