Job Title: QA/QC Officer
Location: Near Kala Shah Kaku Toll Tax, Lahore.
Industry: Plastic Manufacturing (PET Bottles & Preforms)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Officer to lead and manage our quality control QA/QC operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plastic industry processes, particularly PET bottles and preforms, with the ability to ensure product quality standards and support production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage all lab testing activities related to raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.

· Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with company and industry specifications.

· Monitor and evaluate test results, identify issues, and coordinate corrective actions with production and quality teams.

· Prepare detailed testing reports and maintain proper documentation.

· Train and guide lab staff to ensure accuracy and consistency in results.

· Work closely with the production team to resolve quality or process related issues.

Requirements:

· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.

· Experience: 5 - 7 years in the plastic PET Bottles & Preform manufacturing industry

· Age: 30–40 years.

· Language: Fluent in English communication, reading, and writing.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to understand and resolve technical and quality related issues effectively.

· Excellent leadership and coordination abilities.

· Excellent command of MS Excel and record-keeping systems.

· Capable of handling technical discussions and documentation confidently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
