Quality Surveyor

Job Description:
We are looking for Quantity Surveyor with experience in infrastructure, road network, major water pipelines construction, small water storage dams and building construction to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and quantity take-offs for infrastructure and drilling projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cost control and support project efficiency.

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Qualification: B-Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 8–10 years

Location: office and site work (Balochistan and Thar site)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs for infrastructure and drilling-related projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and site data for accurate quantity estimation.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs and prepare progress valuations.
• Evaluate subcontractor bills, variations, and finalize payment certifications.
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams for accurate data collection and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project and cost estimation/planning software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
