Quantity Analyst / Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out Experience - UAE)

Experience Required: 4–7 years (minimum 2 years in UAE Fit-Out projects)Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and project budgets for fit-out works.
• Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed quantity take-offs.
• Manage procurement processes: vendor negotiations, material requisitions, and subcontractor packages.
• Track project costs, identify variances, and provide cost control advice to the project team.
• Prepare and evaluate claims, variations, and change orders.
• Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with FIDIC/UAE contractual standards.
• Provide commercial reports to management including cash flow forecasts and final accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying for interior fit-out projects in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, material sourcing, and fit-out project workflows.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift).
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
