Quantity Estimator

Job description:

• Study tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Develop cost estimates, rate analysis, and pricing for tenders.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for input and clarifications.
• Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and ensure alignment with tender specifications.
• Assist in vendor quotation analysis and price comparisons.
• Support in preparation of technical and commercial bid submissions.
• Maintain and update cost databases and records for future reference.
• Identify potential risks and suggest value engineering solutions.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 2–6 years in quantity estimation and tendering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and tendering processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience in construction, MEP, or EPC projects preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
