Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) based on construction drawings and specifications.
• Manage tendering and procurement processes, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating with contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide regular cost reports to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Evaluate, verify, and certify contractor progress claims, interim payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and value engineering to optimize project costs.
• Provide advice on contract administration, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and clients to ensure cost-effective execution of works.
• Ensure compliance with construction contracts, local authority regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial, contractual, and procurement documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Professional membership/certification (e.g., RICS, MRICS, AIQS) is an advantage.
• Proven work experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local building codes/regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and cost management software (e.g., Candy, CostX, Primavera).
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
