Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (RTA Approved) to join our team for an upcoming RTA project for an RTA Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, contract management, and project coordination within the road and transport sector.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Client: RTA Consultant
Salary: AED 12,000 / month
Experience: Minimum 3 years (with RTA Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and monitor cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for RTA projects.
• Manage project costs and budgets, ensuring alignment with RTA standards and contractual obligations.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders with proper documentation.
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities and progress, supporting accurate reporting.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and RTA representatives to resolve commercial and contractual issues.
• Ensure compliance with RTA procedures, guidelines, and approval processes.
• Prepare interim for contractors and consultants.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to project stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- RTA Approved with valid certification/approval.
- Minimum 3 years of experience on RTA projects.
- Strong knowledge of RTA standards.
- Proficient in cost control software, MS Excel, and project management tools.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
