Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in the UAE in building construction in a comparable role.

Job Responsibilities

1. Comprehension of Quantity Take-off

2. Procedure for interim payment certificates

3. Familiarity with the construction project process for buildings.

4. Engage in meetings for project updates and coordination as required.

5. Collaborate with Project Control to manage variation and claim issues across the organization.

6. Contribute and provide updates on the status of claims and related actions during monthly target meetings.

7. Contractual communication in conjunction with the project manager and PQS for complex or significant claim issues.

8. Final Accounts (Client/Subcontractors) in collaboration with relevant parties.

9. Continuously supervise tender/contract comparison activities with the appropriate personnel. Regularly review Contract Review Checklists.

10. Organization-wide recognition and management of claims.

11. Assessment of all subcontractor claim issues, as necessary.

12. Routine evaluation of payment certificates for all subcontractors to ensure that payments are processed in accordance with the subcontract agreements.

13. Contractual and claim matters related to Client payment requests prior to the Final Account.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
