We are a well-established excavation subcontractor company specializing in earthworks and site preparation across Dubai. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects related to excavation works. This includes cost estimation, budgeting, contract management, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure cost-effectiveness and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and value work done on-site.
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate variations and claims.
• Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
• Analyze completed work and arrange payments to subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.
• Maintain updated records of project progress and expenses.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or excavation industry.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of excavation, earthworks, and civil infrastructure.
• Proficient in MS Office and Quantity Surveying software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Salary & Benefits:
