Position: Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.

• Evaluate tender documents and prepare cost analysis.

• Conduct cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage subcontractor payments, variations, and final accounts.

• Handle invoicing, billing, and contractual documentation related to projects.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and contractual terms.

• Prepare interim and final payment applications.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the façade and aluminium industry is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, façade systems, metal works, and pricing.

• Proven experience with invoicing, billing, and contract administration.

• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off software.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Must be available to join immediately.
