Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Junior Post-Tender Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Quantity Surveying
• Fit-out background is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of post-tender activities, cost control, and variation analysis
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and reviewing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Support senior QS team in post-tender evaluations and contract administration
• Coordinate with project and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency and timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and cost tracking reports

Experience:
