Join a project that’s shaping the digital future. We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the successful delivery of a high value major new data centre project in Ras al-Khaimah. In this role, you’ll coordinate the movement of people, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless on-site operations on a fast-paced, high-tech build.

About Your Team

Join us at a pivotal stage as we mobilise for one of our newest, high-value projects. As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be a key member of the commercial team, supporting cost control, contract administration, and value engineering from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and commercially driven, ready to make an immediate impact on a fast-paced, high-stakes build. You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate reporting, cost tracking, and commercial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.


Your role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

  • Prepare interim valuations and assess subcontractor payment applications.
  • Support procurement and negotiation of subcontractor packages.
  • Track and manage approved variations and cost changes.
  • Assist in preparing monthly cost/value reconciliations (CVRs).
  • Draft correspondence and commercial notices under supervision.
  • Monitor site progress and update cost projections accordingly.
  • Liaise with site teams to verify quantities and resource allocations.
  • Prepare final accounts for smaller packages and assist in project close-out.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business.


What we are looking for:

Essential Skills:

  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of construction contracts and procurement.
  • Effective communication and negotiation ability.
  • Competent in MS Excel and commercial reporting tools.
  • Organised, with strong attention to documentation.
  • Regional or Middle East commercial experience in construction preferably fitout.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or
  • 7+ years' experience in contract administration, subcontractor commercial management on high value MEP projects.
