Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for fit-out projects.
• Review and interpret design/technical drawings; perform quantities take-off.
• Execute cost control: track commitments, monitor project expenditures, and flag variances.
• Evaluate material specifications and suppliers, especially for fit-out & finishes.
• Support value engineering and provide cost-saving recommendations.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to align scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Prepare tender submissions, clarifications, and post-tender analyses.
• Maintain estimating databases, pricing libraries, and historical cost records.

Requirements :

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and PlanSwift (or similar take-off tools).
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with advanced Excel skills.
• Solid knowledge of cost estimation, QS processes, and cost control.
• Demonstrated understanding of fit-out works and finishing materials.
• Clear communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
