Job description:

We are looking for a quantity surveyor to join our team for a major project in Ras Al Khaimah.

The ideal candidate will have strong MEP ,Electrical and plumbing experience and will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project from tender stage through to final account, ensuring financial control, contract compliance, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee day-to-day commercial activities, including valuation of variations and preparation of payment certificates.
Prepare star rates and manage all financial aspects related to the contract scope.
Assist with budget preparation and ensure financial requirements are aligned with project progress.
Ensure full compliance of contract documentation with company and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract documentation and change registers.
Contribute to commercial strategies to safeguard profitability and minimize exposure.
Prepare and agree interim valuations and final accounts; assist with work measurements when required.
Liaise with project teams to manage subcontracts in line with main contract terms.
Review and monitor subcontractor accounts and assess monthly valuations.
Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to company information security policies.

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
