Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (Estimation) with experience in survey engineering and geomatics-related scopes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and proposals for land surveying, topographic surveys, route alignment surveys, setting-out works, and other geospatial field services.

Job description:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and cost breakdowns for survey engineering projects.
• Analyze survey drawings, GIS data, scope descriptions, and technical specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs for survey-related activities (field crews, equipment, travel, processing time).
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals, tender documents, and pricing sheets.
• Coordinate with survey engineers, field teams, and project managers for accurate scoping.
