Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tenders, and commercial proposals for fit-out and construction projects.
• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate, compare, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Manage full cost control and budget monitoring, ensuring projects remain within approved budgets.
• Prepare and review interim payment certificates, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams for accurate forecasting and cost updates.
• Propose value engineering options to optimize project cost and efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify progress, completed works, and variations.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual, commercial, and statutory requirements.
• UAE experience will be added advantage

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
