About the Role

Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading name in the real estate and development sector, is looking for a skilled Surveyor to join our on-site engineering and development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in land surveying, site measurement, plotting, and use of surveying instruments, particularly within the real estate or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys, site measurements, and layout marking
• Prepare and update site drawings, levels, and survey reports
• Operate total station, GPS, auto level, and other survey equipment
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and site teams
• Ensure accuracy in plotting, leveling, and boundary marking
• Verify construction alignments and monitor site progress
• Maintain survey records and support project planning

Requirements

• Diploma/Certification in Civil Surveying or relevant field
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate or construction projects
• Proficiency with Total Station, GPS, Auto Level & related tools
• Strong understanding of maps, drawings, and site layouts
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
