Job Title:-

Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Projects (Structure & Finishing Works)

Experience : 5 - 12 Years (Commercial Buildings)

Job Summary:-

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for cost management, quantity measurement,

contract administration, weekly labour billing, and basic quality compliance monitoring

for commercial construction projects. The role supports delivery of structural and finishing

works in accordance with approved budgets, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Weekly Labour Billing and Reporting:-

 Prepare weekly labour bills for manpower working on site.

 Check labour attendance, timesheets, and daily labour and progress reports.

 Match labour billing with actual work completed.

 Monitor labour productivity and inform the project team if there are issues.

 Keep track of project quantities.

 Coordinate with site engineers, head office team, and project managers for billing.

What we are looking for:-

 Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.

 5 - 12 years experience in commercial building projects.

 Strong site experience in structure and finishing works.

 Hands-on experience with billing, measurements, and labour control.

 Comfortable working with site teams and handling multiple activities.

 Good understanding of drawings, Excel and basic reporting.
