Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs, variations, and change orders.
• Prepare, submit, and evaluate interim and final payment applications.
• Measure and value completed works on site.
• Assess subcontractor claims and certify payments.
• Maintain cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Support contract administration and final account settlement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years Experience in post-contract QS works for construction projects.
• Knowledge of standard construction contracts.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
