Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to projects, from initial estimates to final figures, ensuring projects are completed within budget and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.

· Monitor project costs and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

· Conduct quantity take-offs and valuation of work done.

· Review contracts, variations, and claims, and provide recommendations.

· Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to resolve any cost-related issues.

· Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

· 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, including at least 2 years in the UAE.

· Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes.

· Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, or similar).

· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

· Having previous experience working in Abu Dhabi especially for governmental projects.

· Valid UAE driving license is required.
