Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage all cost-related aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cost control, measurement, and financial reporting while supporting project delivery and maintaining quality and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and estimates
• Take-off quantities from drawings and specifications
• Prepare BOQs, cost reports, and variation claims
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparisons
• Monitor project costs and control expenditures
• Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts
• Assist in contract administration and commercial negotiations
• Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and project managers
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong experience in building construction projects
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off tools
• Knowledge of construction contracts and cost control methods
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical, coordination, and negotiation skills

Preferred

• High-rise building experience
• Fit-out and interior works experience
• Gulf / Qatar project experience
• Experience with FIDIC contracts

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
