Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our interior fit-out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost planning, estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for interior fit-out projects, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and as per client and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for interior fit-out projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project scope to identify cost implications.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and prepare interim and final valuations.
• Handle variation orders, claims, and final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement and negotiations.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, designers, and site teams.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and value engineering proposals.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, company procedures, and UAE construction standards.
• Attend site meetings and support project progress from pre-contract to post-contract stages.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost control, contracts, and variation management.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
