Descon Engineering Limited is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic project team. This role plays a critical part in managing all aspects of BOQ/BOM from initial estimates to final figures, ensuring cost efficiency and value optimization across mechanical and civil works. Key Responsibilities

• 📐 Manage BOQs for mechanical, piping, civil structures/foundations, and equipment installation.
• 📊 Conduct on-site measurements and valuations.
• 📁 Ensure cost control and contract compliance.
• 🧾 Review subcontractor claims and prepare payment certificates.

Qualifications

• 🎓 DAE (Mechanical) / B.Tech (Mechanical)
• 📌 5–7 years of experience in oil & gas or projects and turnarounds, covering both mechanical and civil works.
• 💻 Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is mandatory.
