Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong background in MEP works to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost control, estimation, and contract administration across construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for MEP works
• Review drawings, specifications, and project scope
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports
• Handle variations, claims, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement team
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payments
• Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, pricing, and contracts
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• UAE experience is highly preferred
