Position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for various ongoing and upcoming projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, monitoring project costs, evaluating variations, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.

The role also includes coordinating with project teams, reviewing contracts, and preparing cost reports across different types of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying (construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects)
• Experience in BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract management
• Knowledge of commercial and contractual practices

Skills:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Knowledge of estimation software and MS Excel
• Good understanding of contracts and procurement processes
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
