Quantity Surveyor

Falcon Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong knowledge in quantity take-off, estimation, BOQ preparation, cost control, and subcontractor management for construction projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Review drawings and project specifications
• Monitor project costs and budget variations
• Prepare subcontractor comparisons and payment certificates
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project teams
• Evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts
• Ensure accurate measurement and billing of works completed
• Maintain project documentation and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience as Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
