Senior Estimation Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimation Engineer with extensive expertise in interior fit-out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the estimation process, preparing competitive tenders, managing project costing, and supporting business development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of estimation experience, including at least 5 years in UAE fit-out industry
• Strong experience in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects
• Excellent knowledge of UAE market pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ability to handle large-scale tenders independently
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost control
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions
• Lead quantity take-off and pricing exercises
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive quotations
• Analyze project risks, value engineering, and cost optimization opportunities
• Support management in tender strategy and bid evaluation
• Maintain updated cost databases and market rates
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams
• Attend client meetings and technical discussions when required

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Interior Design or related field
• UAE driving license is an advantage
