Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Qualifications:

• BS / B-Tech Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify site billing and subcontractor billing in coordination with the project team.
• Perform variation analysis and prepare supporting documentation for claims and approvals.
• Carry out rate analysis for new items and assist in cost optimization.
• Prepare and review MRS (Market Rate Schedule) workings.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of MRS working, particularly in Government sector projects.
• Expertise in rate analysis, site billing, and subcontractor billing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
