Quantity Surveyor / Contract Estimator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Contract Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration, and financial management of construction projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Manage project costs from inception to completion
• Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts
• Monitor project progress and prepare cost reports
• Handle variations, claims, and final accounts
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in construction cost estimation and contract management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office tools
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
