Hiring: Lead Quantity Surveyor ( Fit-Out )

Location:

Qatar (Doha)

We are currently looking for a Lead Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in interior fit-out projects to join our team in Qatar.

🔹 Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8–12+ years of Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong and proven experience ONLY in Fit-Out / Interior Projects (Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Residential)
• Experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and contract administration
• Solid knowledge of interior finishes, architectural details, and fit-out execution
• Strong experience in variations, claims, and final accounts
• Ability to handle multiple projects and lead commercial activities
• Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID
• Immediate or short notice candidates preferred

Not Required:

• Roads / Infrastructure experience
• MEP-focused experience

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project cost plans, BOQs, and tender documents
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the lifecycle
• Evaluate contractor quotations and manage negotiations
• Handle variations, claims, and final account settlements
• Coordinate with design, project, and site teams for cost optimization
