Position Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical) to join our Estimation and Contracts team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in cost estimation, contract administration, and commercial management of mechanical works across international projects. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of delivering accurate cost advice, managing budgets, evaluating risks, and supporting project teams to ensure financial and contractual success for mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Quantity Surveying Activities: Perform detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for all mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and related MEP components.
• Tender Evaluation: Review, compare, and analyze mechanical tenders and prepare comprehensive Tender Analysis Reports.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare and review project cost estimates, ensuring alignment with international standards and market benchmarks.
• Rate Database Management: Develop and maintain a “Rate Build-up” database by coordinating with global suppliers and vendors to ensure up-to-date material and equipment rates.
• Design Coordination: Collaborate with mechanical and multidisciplinary design teams to provide accurate cost feedback during all design phases (concept, schematic, detailed, and tender).
• Value Engineering: Support cost optimization through value engineering initiatives while maintaining quality and performance.
• Contract Administration: Assist in contract preparation, variation analysis, and cost reporting related to mechanical works.
• Client Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs that meet international standards and client expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
