Quantity Surveyor- Fit-out

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents for fit-out projects.
• Review and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare interim payment applications, variations, and final accounts.
• Perform site measurements and verify work done on-site against progress claims.
• Collaborate with the design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate cost management.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain updated records of all contractual and financial project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and UAE construction laws.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
