Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents for fit-out projects.
- Review and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
- Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare interim payment applications, variations, and final accounts.
- Perform site measurements and verify work done on-site against progress claims.
- Collaborate with the design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate cost management.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain updated records of all contractual and financial project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and UAE construction laws.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
