Quantity Surveyor (Freelance)

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support our interior and architectural projects (per project-basis role at the beginning - then can be made full-time) . The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, cost control expertise, and experience within the Dubai construction and fit-out market.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, cost plans, and tender documentation

Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering

Review contractor quotations and negotiate pricing

Monitor project costs, variations, and payment applications

Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and cost reports

Coordinate with designers, project managers, and contractors

Attend site meetings and support project delivery

Ensure cost control aligns with design intent and quality standards

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai

Strong knowledge of fit-out and interior projects (residential & commercial)

Familiar with local suppliers, contractors, and Dubai market rates

Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Fluent in English
