Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

• Liaising with clients to identify their needs
• Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
• Preparing tender and contract documents
• Identifying and weighing up commercial risks
• Assigning work to subcontractors
• Valuing completed work, managing budgets and overseeing payments
• Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards
• Ensuring that clients get value for their money
• Advising on the maintenance costs of specific buildings
• Submitting regular budget reports
• Following building regulations and health and safety
• Working at a client’s business, in an office or on a construction site.
• Prepare of Business Case & Quotation.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
• Construction Industry, estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Sound knowledge of construction.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
• A valid driver's license.
• Great networking abilities.

Employment Type: Freelance Contract

This position is initially offered on a freelance contract basis. Based on your performance, work quality, and business requirements, there may be an opportunity for a permanent employment position in the future.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
