Shift: Night Shift

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Working Hours: 08:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Monitor live Quran teaching sessions to assess teaching standards, ensuring lessons meet Academy’s quality benchmarks.
• Evaluate teacher performance based on lesson delivery, teaching methods, punctuality, and engagement with students.
• Provide regular, constructive feedback to instructors, focusing on areas for improvement and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, feedback, and improvement plans for instructors.
• Address student feedback and concerns, ensuring quick resolution and reporting recurring issues to management.
• Work with the management team to update quality standards and training materials as needed.
• Conduct regular performance reviews for instructors, including follow-up on any identified areas of improvement.
• Manage and lead the quality assurance team. This includes overseeing their work, ensuring consistency and accuracy in evaluations, and providing coaching for their professional development.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in quality control, preferably in an educational or online learning environment.
• Strong understanding of online Quran instruction and familiarity with Islamic studies.
• Excellent observation and analytical skills to evaluate teaching quality and provide actionable feedback.
• Proficient in communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and respectful feedback to instructors.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a small team.
