R & D Manager – Product Development

Manage the entire product development cycle, from concept generation to final product launch.

Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, and Marketing teams to execute approved product development projects.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement.

Prepare product feasibility reports, technical specifications, and cost estimates for review and approval by Directors.

Develop and oversee prototype development and ensure design validation in line with management feedback.

Supervise pre-production trials and ensure product readiness for mass production.

Ensure all products comply with company quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Maintain comprehensive documentation related to product design, testing, approvals, and changes.

Monitor ongoing product performance and recommend updates or modifications as required.

Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to the Board / relevant committees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gujrat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

Experience:

• Product Development : 5 years (Required)
