ADMIN ASSISTANT
Job Purpose:
- Do inventory on all Stationery, Furniture, tools, Water Dispenser, Ice boxes, carpentry
items, Office Accessory, consumable items, Office Equipment and reports all items in re
order level to GS Coordinator.
- Receives all delivered stationery, furniture, consumable items from Material Warehouse
and stock it to the appropriated store/requestor.
- Cleans and organized storage cabin.
- Do preventive maintenance on all furniture, monitors all Photocopiers/Faxes and
Projectors functionality and performance Replaces all used –up consumable items
accordingly in all Q-Chem facility.
- Assess any furniture modification/movement request and provide feedback to GS
Coordinator.
- Sends daily achievement report of Stationery, Carpentry, Plumbing, Cleaning, Furniture,
Ice Machine, Pest Control, Water Distribution, Water Ice Cubes, Ice Boxes, Office
Equipment, Landscaping and Office
- Accessory to GS Coordinator.
- Receives Stationery, carpentry, plumbing complaint/request, cleaning request from GS
Coordinator, Communicates to GS Contractor all request and plans the execution of the
job.
- Communicates to Sewage Contractor/Utility Section all QChem requirements to avoid
sewage blockage.
- Report to GS Coordinator all major problems, items for disposal on annual basis.
- Act as DSR/lead worker in an activity whenever required.
- Do inspections in all building facility daily and provide feedback to GS Coordinator for
weekend/ special cleaning activities.
- Monitors the all Cages and traps installed on Site.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, Vocational or Tertiary Diploma.
- Three years working experience as General Services Clerk / Admin Assistant
- Valid Light Vehicle License
- Pass Q-Chem’s lead worker level 2
- Must be conversant in Writing, Reading and Speaking in English
- Able to work with mixed nationalities
- Capable of working under pressure safely.
