We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Radio Producer to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of radio programs. The ideal candidate will have strong editorial judgment, technical knowledge of radio production, and a passion for delivering compelling audio content to engage our audience.
- Plan and develop show content in collaboration with hosts, writers, and other team members.
- Coordinate guest bookings, interviews, and live segments.
- Write scripts, show rundowns, cues, and promotional material.
- Operate studio equipment and oversee live broadcasts or recordings.
- Edit audio segments for clarity, flow, and timing using digital editing software.
- Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations and station guidelines.
- Manage show timing and transitions to fit within scheduled slots.
- Monitor listener feedback, ratings, and trends to improve content strategy.
- Liaise with marketing, sales, and promotions teams to support station objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging topics.
Requirements

Proven experience in radio, podcasting, or audio production.
- Strong understanding of audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools).
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.

- Creative mindset with a strong news or entertainment sense.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required.
- Degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
- Experience in live broadcast environments.
