With a growing international presence and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we are seeking a talented Pricing Executive – Sea, Air & Land to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies for sea, air, and land (FTL and LTL) freight services
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and global agents to obtain competitive rates and secure space
• Prepare and send timely and accurate quotations to clients and overseas partners
• Analyze market trends, carrier rates, and competitor pricing to ensure optimal positioning
• Support the sales and operations teams by providing accurate, profitable, and customer-focused rate structures
• Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring all rates, tariffs, and surcharges are current
• Collaborate with internal departments to align pricing with service capabilities, operational constraints, and margin targets
• Monitor shipment profitability and propose corrective actions or cost optimization strategies as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in pricing within the freight forwarding or logistics industry (sea, air, and land)
• Strong understanding of FTL/LTL operations, international shipping, Incoterms, and customs procedures
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding systems (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, or similar platforms)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Team player with a proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹204,557.96 - ₹306,789.97 per year
