RC Works Chief

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled RC Works Chief to lead and oversee reinforced concrete operations on our prominent construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing RC work, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery, while coordinating effectively with project teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all reinforced concrete (RC) works on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. - Supervise and coordinate the activities of RC workers, subcontractors, and technicians to optimize productivity and safety. - Interpret structural drawings and specifications to plan RC construction activities accurately. - Monitor the progress of RC work, identifying and resolving any issues or delays promptly. - Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to maintain project timelines and resource allocation. - Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on RC works to maintain high standards. - Prepare reports on work progress, materials usage, and workforce performance for senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in reinforced concrete works within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale projects. - Strong knowledge of RC construction techniques, materials, and quality control processes. - Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents. - Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate field teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging site conditions. - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety compliance. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders. - Relevant certification or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred. - Willingness to work in Dubai, UAE, and adapt to the local working environment.
