Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities for our real estate development and property maintenance projects in Al Barsha, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on site experience and the ability to manage construction operations efficiently while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, timelines, and UAE safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure timely project execution
• Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure adherence to UAE health & safety regulations at all times
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor progress and workmanship quality
• Identify and resolve site-related issues to prevent delays or additional costs
• Maintain proper documentation including daily progress reports and material records

Requirements:

• 6–7 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in real estate or construction projects
• Proven experience working on UAE-based projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
